Gather Ingredients you will need:
1/2 diced yellow onion
8 sweet mini bell peppers
1 pound of Jenny O Italian Style Fresh Turkey Sausage
24 oz can of Classico Fire Roasted Tomato & Garlic Pasta Sauce
5 Oz Fresh Basil Leaves
2 Table Spoons Of Salt
Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
Barilla Whole Grain Spaghetti Noodles
Water
The Sauce
Dice 1/2 Of a yellow onion
Dice 8 Sweet Mini Bell Peppers
In a small pan add a tablespoon of coconut oil and turn to medium heat. add Sweet Mini Bell Peppers to pan Sautee until soft stirring frequently.
In a Large Deep Skillet Add 2 table spoons of coconut oil turn to Medium High Heat. Add Diced Onions sauté until translucent . With spatula move onions too onside of the pan. Add Ground Turkey Sausage to the empty side . Cook for 3 or 4 minutes until turkey is browned. Now Mix onions and Sausage together. Cook on medium high for 4 to 5 mor minuets or until the ligiid from the meat and onions is evaporated.
Add Peppers to the meat and onions, add 2 table spoons of salt , mix together and cook for 1 minute. Stirring Frequently
Add Classico Pasta Sauce and mix together. Reduce heat to low and let simmer while we cook our Spaghetti Noodles. Stir periodically adding a cup or 2 of water to keep sauce to preferred consistency.
Add torn Basil leaves to the sauce Mix and remove from Heat
The Pasta
Fill pot 3/4 of the way with water and bring to a boil. The amount of water doesn't really mater just make sure your noodles have room to move around when boiling. Once water is at a rolling boil add spaghetti noodles whole (don't break noodles). They will stick out of pan for a minute or two, then you will want to lightly stir the noodles and make sure they are all in the water.
Boil for 7 to 8 Minutes or until Al Dente. They should be soft but have a little bite to them. The best way to test is to pickup a noodle and try it. I do not recommend butter or oil on the noodles because the sauce will not stick to them as well. But you do you.
The Plate
Put a Pile of cooked spaghetti noodles on center of plate. Spoon The finished Sauce atop of noodles. Sprinkle Grated Parmesan Cheese over the sauce. Garnish with 4 or 5 Basil Leaves.
